Global Internship
DAT’s Internship is perfect for students looking for an introduction to arts administration and production. This paid training program provides direct connections to DAT staff and an opportunity to get hands on experience within the theatre, adventure travel, and social impact industries.
Global Apprenticeship
DAT’s Apprenticeship is a paid training program for early-career arts administrators or theatre production practitioners. Apprentices receive immersive practical learning experiences and opportunities to attend professional development seminars all while working as part of the team with DAT’s staff. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and career-guidance, Apprentices are given the tools to become leaders in the field.

If so, we are looking for you! We are putting together a diverse and international group of early-career arts admin professionals to take part in next season’s Professional Leadership Experience. PLX is a hybrid program of remote, in-person, and in-the-field work — thoughtfully designed so that you can take part in this experience from wherever you are based.
