Edge of the Sunflower Field

So I was thinking about doing a puppet play about identity. But then I get to Slovakia and meet eight actors who inform me that movement is what the play will be about. So we start creating, and then DAT sends us to a tiny piece of paradise in the mountains of Slovakia. Sunflower fields, small houses, and we work with some amazing children. Then the cast informs me that this is what the play will be about. With some magic thrown in. This trip transformed each of us and took this play along with it.
