Katie Clark is a senior at Towson University where she studies Theatre, Spanish, and Psychology. Her main area of performance has been Musical Theatre. She enjoys singing and dancing the most of all. She volunteers in nursing homes, churches, and hospitals to sing and perform for others. In high school she taught Hip Hop dance classes to Middle-school aged and under children, and still continues to teach when she gets the opportunity. After Towson she plans on pursuing a Master’s degree in Drama Therapy. Her passion is to provide children, especially those in high risk situations, with a safe, creative and nurturing environment and to empower individuals through the arts. She is no stranger to travel, as she has traveled to places such as Russia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Mexico, Canada, and all throughout the United States. Her travels overseas were with an organization called Youth With A Mission (Epic Quest/King’s Kids), with which she ministered through dances, dramas, singing, sports, and just getting to know the people and their needs. Katie is very excited to explore the many new adventures that wait in Ecuador! Her hopes are that her team and she fully embrace every opportunity and challenge they meet, make amazing new memories, and ultimately strengthen their skills as actors and leaders. |
