2.) One letter (or email) of recommendation. This should be from someone you've worked, studied, or traveled with in the past (such as a mentor, professor, or director). This recommendation must be mailed or emailed in directly from that individual. It may be emailed to the artistic director, jessebaxter@dramaticadventure.com.

3.) One visual/audio image waiver filled out in full. To download the VISUAL/AUDIO IMAGE WAIVER, click here. This wavier must be signed and mailed in.

4.) One travel waiver filled out in full. To download the TRAVEL WAIVER, click here. This waiver must be mailed in.

5.) Two photocopies of your passport (just the front identification page, with your picture on it). These photocopies must be mailed in.
